RULES
All entries are final - no refunds
T-shirts are guaranteed ONLY to those registered by July 10, 2017.
Finisher medals to 5K/10K runners. Fun Run participants will receive a cool ribbon! The top five finishers for the 5K and 10K race (male and female) will be recognized!
The run/walk events will be held rain or shine and canceled only in extreme weather circumstances deemed necessary by the event organizers. In the event of cancellation, goody bags will still be available for pick up and registration fees will not be refunded.
Children ages seven years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult during either run or walk event.
All 5K / 10K participants must be registered regardless of age. Adults accompanying registered children for the fun run/walk do not need to register. Adult t-shirts may be ordered through the registration section until July 10th.
All registered participants in the fun run/walk will receive a ribbon.
The use of any wheeled child carriers are allowed for the 5K and Fun Run events only.
All doggy participants must be on a leash at all times.
I acknowledge this is a fundraising event in which everyone's goal is to have fun!
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand my participation in the Acres of Hope 10K / 5K Farm Trail Race and Fun Run/Walk hereafter referred to as "the event" is voluntary. In case of injury I agree to assume all medical costs, liability and risks, and will not hold accountable, the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, other participants or any other individuals or companies for injuries sustained as a result of my participation in the event.
My registration confirms I am medically and physically able to participate in the event.
I understand the 5K course is relatively flat and the 10K has a few large hills, both with many areas of uneven terrain, that may result in injury to myself or others.
I understand emergency medical services will be available during the event.
I authorize consent for medical treatment and transportation as deemed necessary by medical personnel. Medical billing will be handled privately between participant and the ambulance company.
I understand a gear check is NOT available.
Attendance at this event constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for future events.
